阅读表达题的解题方法与技巧教学设计方案

【教学思路】:阅读表达题型是2011年江西高考英语新题型,分值10分。由于新题型的具体考查方式刚刚确定不久,如何做好该题型也没有现成的具体的方法指导,因而如何让学生在有限时间内对该题型有所突破是所有英语老师该思考的问题,此节课便是作者结合自己对该题型的研究和教学实践的摸索总结出来的一些经验。本节课讲授了阅读表达题型的命题规律和考查方式以及每种题型的命题特点和提问方式,并逐一介绍每种题型的解题技巧。授课分为五个环节:一:题型概述二:题型分类讲解和具体方法指导 三:技巧与方法总结 四:实战演练 五:课后作业。 每个环节各有侧重,联系紧密,讲练结合,相辅相成。

【教学目标】:

1.让学生了解阅读表达题型的考查方法和要求

2.让学生掌握阅读表达题型的解题方法和技巧

【教学重点】:

1.让学生熟悉阅读表达题型的考查方式和基本要求

2.让学生熟练掌握阅读表达题型的解题技巧和方法

【教学难点】:让学生掌握阅读表达题型五大题型的命题特点和基本解题技巧与方法

【教学手段】:多媒体

【教学方法】:Task-based teaching method; Interactive teaching method

【教学过程】:

Step 1: lead-in(题型概述)(以师生问答形式组织该环节)

1.阅读表达题型的考查要求和命题规律及特点

2.阅读表达题型的题目类型:

1)主旨大意概括

2)短文转述填空

3)补全文章中空缺的句子

4)短文信息归纳 

5)指代关系的确认

【设计目的】:以简要介绍阅读表达题作为本节课的导入,让学生对该题型有个大致了解,为下一个教学环节做铺垫。

Step 2题型分类讲解和具体方法指导(以分组讨论,师生互动,归纳总结等方法组织该环节)

一、主旨大意概括题

1.提问常见方式:

1What’s the best title of the passage?

2What’s the purpose of the writer’s writing this passage?

3What’s the main idea of the passage?

2.题型示例:

Every student wants to establish a good relationship with his or her classmates. Now, I’d like to give you some advice on it.

    Firstly, you should ……

    Secondly, it’s a good idea……

Finally, …….is also important…….

In a word, if you can do the things above, you will get along well with your classmates

Questions:

1What’s the best title of the passage?

2What’s the purpose of the writer’s writing this passage?

3What’s the main idea of the passage?

3.解题技巧:

1  关注篇章结构,注意文章首段或末段(每段的首句或末句)

2 注意提问方式,选择正确的答句表述方式

3 文章标题要具有概括性,醒目性和简洁性

4 注意首字母大写和字数要求  标题则除介词,冠词(不在句首时)等虚词外,实词首字母皆要大写)

二、短文转述填空:

1.题型示例:

    [2]Eating together helps families achieve open communication and build stronger and healthier relationships. Children have better grades at school and are better adjusted as teens and adults, and the entire family enjoys healthier nutrition. For many families, eating dinner together proves to be good and effective way to reduce the risk of youth rates of addiction, and helps to raise healthier children.

Questions: Complete the following statement with proper words (no more than 4 words)

2.解题技巧:

    弄清题目所给句子的意思,到原文中寻找和其意思接近的句子,对比之后选择恰当的词进行填空。注意尽可能用原文中的词或接近原文意思的词填空,要注意意思的一致性和语法规范性。

三、补全文章中空缺的句子

1.题型示例:

The American speech-language-hearing association is working with companies and government officials on setting rules for use of portable music devices. The group says the best way to protect your hearing is to,_________, limit listening time and use earphones that block out foreign noises.

Questions: Fill in the blank with proper words.(5字内)

2.解题技巧

1)句意通顺性(注意上下文逻辑关系如递进,转折,并列,对比,因果等)

2)语法规范性 (句子,短语或者单词; 时态,语态,平行结构)

四、短文信息归纳

1.题型示例:

 [3]During dinner time parents have better opportunity to show that they are for their children. Sitting at the same table and sharing meals is where and when parents can find out more about their children's school performance, daily activities and attitudes to life. When parents have all this information they can better direct their kids toward positive things in life. They also have better chance to reduce the possibility that children will get involved with alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs.

Questions: What information can parents probably get about their children at family dinner? (no more than 12 words)

2.解题技巧

1)弄清题目意思,回归原文,有时直接从原文得到答案,有时需综合原文信息自己归纳总结答案。

2)回答时要忠于原文信息,语言要简洁通顺。

五、指代关系的确认

1.题型示例:

[1]One out of many important things for the whole family to do is to have dinner together. Researchers began reporting the benefits of family dinner about a decade ago, focusing mainly on how it affects children. Studies show that those families who eat dinner at least 3 or 4 times a week together, benefit in many ways.

QuestionsWhat does “it” refer to?

2.解题技巧

1)一般考查“it”, “that”, “such”, “so”, “those”等指示词的替代或者关系词或疑问词“what”的替代。

2)指示词的替代一般注意这些词前后的句子;关系词的替代找先行词;注意”it”做形式主语和宾语的替代   

3)答案要完整规范,注意字数要求。

【设计目的】:题型分类讲解和具体方法指导环节主要是具体讲解五类题目类型的命题特点和解题技巧。每个题型主要从题型示例,提问方式和结题技巧三个方面进行讲解,利用师生互动和生生互动,讲练结合,学生自主归纳教师补充说明等教学方法进行本环节的学习。

Step 3 方法总结(以教师总结归纳的形式组织该环节)

1.题目要求要看清   

2.回答方式要准确

3.忠实原文要记牢   

4.语言简洁有针对

5.细节问题别忽略   

6.语法规范莫忘记

【设计目的】:该环节是对前面环节的总结,以顺口溜的形式对解题方法进行总结既强化学生对前面内容的掌握又方便学生的记忆,同时还活跃了课堂气氛。    

Step 4实战演练(以讲练结合的方式组织该环节)

Even if you really enjoy your job, it’ s still possible to battle boredom as you work. You may not be able to make big changes---or change your job---but you can make small adjustments to your routine that can make every day seem, well, a little less routine.

1.       Switch your seat 

Change your outlook at the office by changing your office. Ask your supervisor to help you find a new desk . Even switching desks with a neighboring coworker can offer a fresh atmosphere.

If it's not possible to change your location, see if you can change your desk’s direction. A new view can be just as refreshing as a new location.

2.  ______________

Start and end your day in a different way. Consider a new mode of transportation, if it’s possible. Take a subway. Ride a bike on sunny days. Carpool with a coworker. Use a new route to get to your job. You needn't change it for ever---just long enough to help you escape the boredom.

3.  Find a new work style

Sick of attending that long-standing Monday morning meeting? Try to change it to the afternoon

If you find yourself feeling most bored in the afternoons, try to arrange to do your favorite tasks then and tackle less desirable projects in the mornings.

If you usually communicate with coworkers via email and instant messaging, start dealing with people face to face. Increased communication with coworkers may help improve your mood.

4.  Get and set a goal

If your work is short of objectives, it's no wonder that work has become boring. Identify a goal and set an “achieve by” date for it.

Your goal needn’t be lofty as long as you have sufficient enthusiasm for it. Perhaps you want to make a new project. Maybe you’d like to pursue a promotion. Or you may even set a goal of finding a new job altogether. Whatever it is, actively move toward an objective

3. Fill in the blank in paragraph 5 with proper words. (within 8 words)

4. List three methods of escaping from boredom in your daily. (within 5 words for each)

5. What does “it” refer to

【设计目的】:实战演练环节主要是检测学生此节课的学习效果,同时在练的过程中再一次强化学生对所学知识的理解与掌握,做到学以致用。

【设计目的】:作业要求学生复习本节课所学内容并完成复习资料11页的阅读表达训练题,通过这一环节来进一步强化学生所学。
