一、语法填空

     

It was the ambition of an eleven year old boy in Kansas City to be an engine-driver. Born without arms, he had been sent to special schools     1     he learned to use his     2     (foot) as “ hands”. 增加:在缺词处加一个漏字符号(∧), 并在此符号下面写出该加的词。

删除:把多余的词用斜线(\)划掉。

修改: 在错的词下划一横线, 并在该词下面写出修改后的词。

注意:1、每处错误及其修改均仅限一词;

2、只允许修改10, 多者(从第11处起) 不计分。

Kate was always unhappy about her figure, but she didn’t know how to lose the weight. One day, she went to consulting a doctor. The doctor advised her to have a balancing diet and exercise more. So her parents were both busy earning their living and couldn’t provide Kate a healthy diet. She often ate fast food who contained too much fat .She knew she ought to eat more vegetables and fruits that were good for her healthy. Luckily, two weeks late, with the help of the doctor, Kate became thinner. He was very happy and became more confidence about herself.
