climate是气候，指的是从长时间范围来看，某地区的有规律性的天气情况，包括气温，降雨量，风力等。而weather是天气，指的是短期内的天气情况。例如：

Britain has a temperate climate. 英国气候温和。

We have good weather on our holiday. 我们度假时天气很好。

We shall play the match tomorrow, if the weather is fine.
